1. Purpose
Palmera Services LLC (“Palmera,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users, providers, and partners to do the same.
This policy explains how copyright complaints are handled on the Palmera platform.
2. Copyright Ownership
Users, Providers, and other content creators retain ownership of the content they upload to Palmera.
By uploading content to the platform, you represent and warrant that:
you own the content; or
you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use and publish it.
You may not upload content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
3. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on Palmera infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice containing:
your name and contact information;
identification of the copyrighted work;
identification of the allegedly infringing content;
the location (URL or listing) of the content;
a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; and
a statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Removal of Content
Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint, Palmera may:
remove or disable access to the content;
contact the content uploader;
request additional information; or
take any other action deemed appropriate.
Palmera reserves the right to remove content while an investigation is pending.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a written counter-notification explaining why you believe you have the legal right to use the material.
Palmera may restore the content where appropriate and permitted by law.
6. Repeat Infringers
Palmera reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the accounts of users or Providers who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.
7. Trademarks
Business names, logos, trademarks, and branding displayed on Palmera remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in the platform grants any user ownership of another party’s trademarks or intellectual property.
8. User Responsibility
Users and Providers are solely responsible for ensuring that the content they upload, including photographs, descriptions, logos, menus, promotional materials, videos, and other media, does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Palmera is not responsible for verifying ownership of uploaded content before publication.
9. Good Faith Complaints
Submitting knowingly false or misleading copyright complaints may result in the rejection of your request, suspension of your account, or other action permitted by applicable law.
10. Policy Updates
Palmera may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on the platform.
